You can now use 866-525-2155 to reach AAUW NC! Thanks to Pinkie Byrd of Brevard and Annette Foster of Kinston for volunteering to monitor this voice mail and fax line!
If you’re interested, this is an Internet-based service through http://www.maxemail.com. It costs something around $120/year and was approved by the AAUW NC board at its Fall board meeting. We’re charged $.10/voice mail and $.10/page on faxes, but we expect to be able to cover the costs of that usage in the $120. If necessary, we can drop the “toll-free” number: if the callers pay the phone bill, we don’t get charged for the incoming calls/faxes.
