AAUW NC Public Policy Program

  • by

Mary Peterson, chair of the AAUW NC Advocacy team, delivered the AAUW NC public policy brochures to all of the members of the North Carolina Legislature on Wednesday, March 14. Copies of the brochure will be included in this week’s mailing to all the branch presidents and will be available at the convention in Winston-Salem. If you need additional copies, please contact Mary.

In the meantime, to share our priorities with your branch members and other coalition partners, you may use the version printed on page 3 of the Winter 2006 Tar Heel News or a PDF version of the AAUW NC 2007-2009 Public Policy Program.

For updates and other public policy resources, see the Public Policy Status page.

Many thanks to Mary for her work on this, and to Marty Folsom for her excellent work in preparing the brochure!
