Updating records at AAUW

I’d like to encourage all of you — particularly branch presidents and branch treasurers — to register and start using the Member Services Database at www.aauw.org. You can find this by entering the member center and then clicking the “Member Services (online)” link from the left-hand column.

Once logged on, you’ll find that you can

  • Update your record — for a changed address, changed e-mail address or phone number
  • Make a donation by credit card to EF, LAF, LTI or the Association — including designating it to a particular fund or in honor or in memory of someone.

Branch presidents can update their list of officers or delegate the ability to do those updates to someone else. [Please also e-mail Nancy with the updates so they can be entered into the AAUW NC records, too.]Branch treasurers can file branch dues reports as they receive dues from renewing members and “additional dues reports” for new members. They will still have to USMail a check, but at least the paper that accompanies the check can be quickly and easily produced using the online system.
