There have been some bumps in this road, but we ARE planning to host LAF Director Lauren Kamnik here in North Carolina in January.
Lauren Kamnik, the director of the AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund, will be making a visit to North Carolina next month. She’s planning to speak at NC Central University on Tuesday, Jan. 22. This event is being coordinated by the women’s caucus at the NCCU School of Law, and they’ve asked Lauren to speak on the legal aspects of sexual harassment.
Her schedule may include visits to other campuses in the area, and we are trying to arrange a time when she can meet with AAUW NC members. More information will be posted soon.
