Call Sen. Dole about the Fair Pay Act

  • by

Lisa Maatz, AAUW Director of Public Policy and Government Relations, met yesterday with staff from Sen. Dole’s office concerning the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, which the Senate is scheduled to consider on Wednesday. The meeting was very positive, but there was no commitment that Sen. Dole would support the bill. Please help to reinforce for Sen. Dole that this legislation matters to women in North Carolina by calling her office.
